SB: Sword & Sworcery EP Menu Sketch

The Superbrothers/Capy/Jim Gutherie iPhone epic, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP is approaching, but not fast enough. Luckily we have information and images occasionally trickling down the tubes.

Craig Adams of the Brothers, Super has unveiled a sneak peak at the game’s menu which conjures even more questions about the game. Eric Caoili of GameSetWatch points out, “Who’s the suited fatcat with the cigar?”

My extended question is why is one of the characters not contemporaneously dressed? Surely the middle aged setting of the game doesn’t allow for fancy suites and cigars; although his dark chair looks quite a bit older than him - which has the possibility of being wrong as it could be a new chair that borrows from the past in some futuristic Gothic renaissance. Ahem.

More severe is my pondering when considering this person is a villainous time traveler of some sorts.
