Wii Tennis Simulation

Wii Tennis is already sort of a tennis simulation but these German dudes* have taken it even further by building a sort of installation/simulation piece for their Wii and Wii Tennis.

While I’m not particularly fond of Wii Sports (besides bowling), I think that it’s really awesome that something like this can be put together with the Wii’s extremely cheap consumer technology. A year or so before the Wii came out, something like this could have cost thousands upon thousands of dollars and no hobbyist would probably have attempted it.

So, +1 for Nintendo for helping inspire people to create such ridiculous & awesome things like this.
