Thoughts on E3

Here are some brief thoughts on E3:

I didn’t find much of anything that Microsoft was doing interesting so I won’t be commenting on their press conference.

Nintendo

Golden Sun DS looks incredible! 2D sprites in 3D worlds are such a catalyst to me. A pleasant surprise from Nintendo.

Yoshi in Super Mario Galaxy 2! How awesome! I’m totally surprised that Nintendo decided to make a sequel to Mario Galaxy but if they include my favorite dinosaur of all time, I’m in.

Mario & Luigi RPG: Bowser’s Inside Story is finally coming out! Nothing like another hilarious role playing game with some of video gaming’s most beloved characters.

Sony

LittleBigPlanet + Disney/Pixar = Awesome! The Incredibles costumes will be purchased by me on day one, that’s for sure.

A new Resident Evil for the PSP? Whoa.

An LBP-esque racer? I’m in! ModNation Racers looks to bring infinite customization in an online kart racer. Hopefully it’s as fun as Mario Kart: Wii with all that online awesomeness that makes the PSN so cool.

The newest Team Ico game is called The Last Guardian , and it looks like they showed a brand new trailer, unlike the leaked one a little while back. I’m incredibly stoked for this game.
